What You’ll Do:

• Develop cutting-edge WordPress products with top-notch code quality.
• Maintain coding standards for secure, scalable, and optimized solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing products in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform security audits and optimize performance.
• Innovate for the best user experience.
• Test across browsers and platforms.
• Manage projects via Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Collaborate with GIT for version control.
• Document projects and communicate proactively.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Expert in PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, and WordPress.
• Strong in WordPress plugin and theme development.
• Proficient in object-oriented PHP and testing.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Traits, and Design Patterns.
• ReactJS experience.
• Web application security knowledge.
• Performance optimization skills.
• UX understanding.
• Browser and device debugging skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and passion.

Bonus Skills:

• WP-CLI experience.
• Familiar with tools like PHPCS, SonarLint, etc.
• Package managers (e.g., npm), Grunt, WebPack.
• REST API experience.
• React.js, Node.js familiarity.
• WooCommerce, Multisite, API expertise.
• Modern PHP frameworks.
• CI/CD workflows with Travis CI, GitHub.
• Docker, Vagrant understanding.
• Remote work experience appreciated.
