Application Architect Revenue Integrity - Remote

Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for an Application Architect Revenue Integrity - Remote. The responsibility of theApplication Architect, Cerner Millenniumis to provide a system level Revenue Integrity and Charge build expertise to the Cerner HITS team. Consulting with the Health Support Center (HSC) operational guidance, this position will lead CDM projects, implementations, andplanning for the Cerner Millennium and Soarian charge platforms. The ideal candidate has strong Cerner system knowledge coupled with operational revenue integrity compliance skills to apply to all initiatives. Proven leadership in working with acute hospital clinical departments for successful conversions, standardization and regulatory initiatives will be key to success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Displays a deep understanding of design and build of charging within a single domain/multi entity architecture of Cerner Millennium. Continually works to improve clinical driven revenue cycle outcomes; data driven results Acts as liaison to market-level C suite positions on revenue management projects, decisions, and outcomes. Possesses proven ability to work with hospital clinical departments on charging methodology assessments moving from local to enterprise CDM processes. Able to lead thought driven design of Acute Care, Behavioral Health and Inpatient Rehabilitation systems. Leads legacy to standard Charge Master conversions with minimal to no supervision Has experience with CDM structure for professional and technical charges and methodology that supports charge capture within Cerner applications required Conducts ongoingCDM validation by ensuring alignment in mapping of CDM code, price, CPT/HCPCS, revenue code and modifiers as needed. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
