Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the usability, functionality, and overall user satisfaction of the try-on product. They will be responsible for conducting both primary and secondary research, testing our Figma designs and prototypes, and try-on modals on app and browser, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating closely with designers to iterate on designs and improve user experience. This role reports to the Head of Product Design.

  • Conducting primary and secondary research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points related to the try-on product
  • Planning and executing user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on Figma designs and try-on modals on app and browser
  • Analyzing research findings and translating them into actionable insights to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborating with designers and developers, to iterate on designs based on user feedback and research findings
  • Assisting with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Generating research reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Crafting detailed case studies that showcase successful UX research methodologies and project processes and outcomes, demonstrating their contributions to product improvements and user satisfaction
  • Staying updated to industry trends, best practices, and technologies in UX research and design
  • Based in USA, West Coast business hours

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience in UX research
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
  • Ability to conduct all different type of research
  • Experience in UX Design
  • Ability to jump into UX design if needed
  • Knowledge of Figma and user flows
  • Experience creating and documenting case studies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion and AI
  • Must work PST hours.
