To succeed in this role you will require the ability to thrive in a highly technical and fast-paced environment. Working alongside our developers, customer success team, and product managers to learn and create use case articles, customer case studies, report on cyber breaches, and social content. You will translate highly technical and complex concepts into clear, concise, and powerful written products for our customers. You will own the creation of a method and practice for all content creation, and champion content creation for all employees, prospects, and customers to engage in.

What You’ll Do

  • Create compelling use case, research, and news articles that cover data security and security-related concepts.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate complex topics.
  • Track breaking news across data breaches to keep our team informed.
  • Create compelling social media content that creates community engagement.
  • Manage our social channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Own the content calendar and SEO strategy for how we drive organic visits to our website.
  • Be a curator of quality and productivity by defining standards, style guidelines, templates, and communication requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in the cybersecurity industry.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical content writing role at a high-performing startup and/or established cybersecurity company.
  • Demonstrated ability to write prolifically and use generative AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Experience creating style guides, templates, and knowledge standards.
  • Expert in Notion and Google tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Sheets & Slides.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • SEO knowledge and experience managing an SEO agency.
  • Experience using a CMS system such as Webflow.
