Job Description: Sr. Salesforce Developer Analyst (Remote) Position Summary The Sr. Salesforce Developer Analyst will serve as a critical technical resource on the Service Cloud product team for project implementations and ongoing support. This role is responsible to provide deep technical knowledge of the system by 1) providing hands on application development and providing technical solutions and 2) working across Salesforce product teams supporting other Parsons Salesforce application projects including Sales Cloud and People & Profiles custom platform application. Responsibilities + Design, develop, unit test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the platform with a primary focus on Service Cloud. + Strong Salesforce configuration skills with proficiency in Salesforce business automation tools + Provide technical assistance to the Parsons Service Cloud Lead in maintaining a new implementation of Service Cloud Voice & Amazon Connect. Including developing custom AWS Lambda functions and working with Amazon Contact Flows. + Understanding of the Salesforce Knowledge architecture in order to support and maintain Parsons Concierge tool and assisting in maintaining upgrades to Community-based Concierge environment + Experience with building Communities, Reports and Dashboards + Learning to use Copado for CICD deployments from sandbox to production + Learning Provar for regression testing and analysis + Ability to lead technical discussions, but able to communicate according to the audience; moving between providing technical data/details or sharing how this technical design would enhance a business process + Strong analysis skills, to help with production troubleshooting, determining how a change may impact the system across the various objects and across integrated systems + Collaborate with Service Support teams to define, evaluate, prioritize, and improve features and functionality, including solutions for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems with multiple parties and interests Requirements + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience including APEX, Flows, custom lightning components, SOSL, SOQL, and web services + Experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. + Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer + Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. + Great time management and prioritization skills; Strong ownership of quality in code, and user experience/user interface. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. + BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. + US Person Parsons (NYSE: PSN) is a leading technology firm driving the future of defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure.
