Sr HRIS Analyst-Remote

This position will be in Kansas City, MO Summary of Duties: The Sr HRIS Analyst will provide HRIS support and to the HR division, define processes, and ensure continued adherence The role is responsible for a series of administrator responsibilities to support user access for various applications which includes PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and several other HR systems The Sr HRIS Analyst serves as a technical and administrative point-of-contact for HR division and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities This role will support the strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution of the HCM roadmap. The Sr HRIS Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing and other projects as assigned This position will support the growing needs of the HRIS department This role requires a highly collaborative and team member who partners with Project Managers, IT Business Partners, and HR Center of Excellences, including other cross-functional departments Research and resolve unexpected results or internal process flaws Effectively prioritize and deploy solutions that can replace manual processes Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, while providing value added solutions Provide training as needed, particularly with new HR team members Partner with various groups/individuals to achieve the desired time bound results on internal projects/initiatives Follow, adhere, and contribute to Honeywell FM&T Initiatives, Enablers, Goals & desired behaviors Acts as administrator for HR systems and manages security for users Perform activities across functional areas and interact directly with internal, corporate, and external customers with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and report You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience) Due to US Export Control laws, you must be a US citizen Project Management skills including consultation, collaboration, project planning, analysis and implementation skills Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate, study and analyze; a strong focus on accuracy is essential We Value: Hands on experience of PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors Knowledge of analytics tools (eg. Tableau, MS Access, MS Power BI) Strong MS Excel skills preferred Must be data and process driven Experience with administrating/deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems) preferred Multi-cultural awareness Strong understanding of Human Resources function within the organization, understanding of HR processes programs and data Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities Ability to influence, engage and partner appropriately within a Corporate/Affiliate structure which is global and matrixed, inclusive of all levels within the Organization Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style Ability to work with and manage confidential information in a professional manner Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead/drive priorities Travel may be required for system support and/or implementation and departmental meetings This position does have the option to be fully remote Remote roles can be in any of the states where Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC is authorized to do business.
