Solutions Engineer, Conversational AI - Remote U.S.

TTEC is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Conversational AI to join our Digital Transformation team. As part of our Digital Transformation Professional Services team, you will work on technical design, development and implementation of conversational applications including AI/Conversational BOTs for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be able to bring both business and technical perspective to projects and "connect the dots" for clients when delivering messaging solutions. This is a remote opportunity with limited travel requirements post-covid. What you'll be doing: Provide technical consulting to enterprise clients Develop, Test and Implement AI/Conversational BOTs Participate in design and requirement gathering sessions Participate in BOT Analysis and Tuning processes Assist in the design and creation of compelling proposals and develop demos Work on production support issues Develop multi-channel product integrations to deliver on customer needs/requirements.
