SUMMARY: The Social Media & Influencer Lead will be responsible for developing social media strategy and execution of brand social marketing campaigns that creates awareness, mass engagement, and drive conversions across multiple K12-owned social media channels. The ideal candidate will have hands on execution, scheduling, and management of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement with content creation and execution across TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms that are folded into this role according to specific business needs and capablities. The ideal candidate is an innovative and data focused social media marketer, with an eye on emerging social trends, someone who can synthesize and leverage business goals, consumer insights, and performance data, to develop mass earned reach social marketing campaigns. You will be a champion for cross-functional and departmental integration into the brand campaigns that drives business outcomes.

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategy and execution for TikTok, Pinterest, and any other additional K12-owned social media channels
  • Own multiple brand campaigns that integrate social media strategies that spans appropriate social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Additionally, consideration to integrate into other marketing channels such as Linear TV, DRTV, OTT, paid display, paid search, out of home, and other media properties
  • Assist in the crafting end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support K12 initiatives, objectives, and KPIs
  • Support in the day-to-day account management, including the review of influencer trackers, reports, recaps, filing images, social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management, etc.
  • Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels to build a pipeline of talent for use in campaigns & content needs
  • Manage the development of influencer creative briefs for content deliverables
  • Interface with cross-functional partners and departments to develop strategies, lead process for buy-in of strategy, and manage campaign activations
  • Project Management skills: Effectively manage campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard, communicating with social influencers and platform partners as necessary, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Corp Comm, and Paid Media Teams.
  • Oversee project execution with strong emphasis on social media content development (branding, messaging, and analytics best practices)
  • Understand, utilize, and integrate consumer and industry research
  • Manage post-project elements including performance analysis and recap
  • Collaborating with Corporate Communications, PR, Demand Generation, and Creative leads.
  • Coordinate any related outside resources and vendors to ensure success of campaign.
  • Bringing best-in-class social media marketing ideas, concepts, and strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five (5) years of social influence or media experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in managing and creating content for multiple social media platforms (experience in TikTok creation & Pinterest a must)
  • Ability to use data to develop actionable plans to achieve specific outcomes
  • Track record of managing complex marketing projects/program management
  • Ability to research, champion, and implement new marketing trends
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to leverage technology effectively
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Web proficiency
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (minimal if any e.g. team building activities and training)
  • Ability to clear required background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Prior experience with large brands, corporations, or agency related experience
  • Understanding of Social Publishing Platforms (Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Understanding of Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $49,983to $99,095. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
