Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Core Business Product Design team.
Your main tasks will be:
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma;
- Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience;
- Design System maintenance and enhancement;
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.?Create detailed UI documentation for the IT department;
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes;
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
We expect from you:
- Experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products;
- Experience in business-driven UI redesign;
- Ability to provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
- Experience with both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
- Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
- B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
- C1+ level of Russian proficiency;
