Senior Security Governance Analyst - Remote

Develops, monitors, maintains and improves the enterprise security program. Assists in the governance of enterprise security initiatives and creates reports that will impact decisions made at both the executive and Board levels. This position will help design, build and communicate the BISO program providing oversight and accountability across Centene and its subsidiaries so that business goals are met in accordance with best security practices. This Sr. Analyst will help Centene's International subsidiaries to unify and integrate Information Technology, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Assurance, and Security Strategy to support our current governance program in our EU subsidiaries and work together to better align objectives, practices, and priorities of Governance in alignment with the operational and business goals of Centene. Provide EU subsidiaries guidance and support to mature their security posture. Provide M&A support from Governance perspective for M&A security due diligence and integration. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams while driving towards a common goal. Govern identification, tracking, monitoring, and timely mitigation of M&A IT Security risks Education/Experience: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience. + 4+ years of experience in audit, compliance, and regulatory. License/Certification: + CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC required. CISSP preferred.
