ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and actively participate in the qualification of site equipment, utilities, process and software validation in compliance with Juul, regulatory (FDA/CA health, MHRA etc.) and GAMP standards
• Generate Master validation plans, protocols and final reports for equipment, and process validations
• Uphold Juul, ISO and FDA standards
• Collaborate with PD, TPO, and Sustaining engineering teams to drive continuous improvement projects across all Juul manufacturing sites
• Author and review all protocols and final reports related to Equipment, software and packaging equipment and processes
• Assist in Test Method Validation and Process validation strategy for next generation Juul manufacturing lines
• Manage and uphold the validation change control process
• Ensure all Validation and Quality systems are qualified in compliance with Data Integrity policies and regulatory requirements
• Listen to understand problems and have clear communication skills to convey technical data and quality driven decisions
• Be a team player, collaborate with cross functional groups to ensure the proper information and details are captured and reflected in the validation activity
• Build relationships with the contract manufacturer Engineering, Operations and quality teams
• Develop and assist with continuous improvement activities for Juul product manufacturing lines for current on market and future production lines
• Mentor and train Quality Techs, Operators and CM personnel with a constructive and positive attitud

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Process Validation
• Be open to learning, absorbing, and listening to everyone around you
• Domestic travel required 50%
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment
• CQE or CQA certification
• Working knowledge of statistics and statistical software packages

EDUCATION:

• BS in Engineering (any discipline) or equivalent work experience

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
