Where you can make an impact:

  • Define Product Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for SMB products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and prioritize features to address the unique challenges SMBs face in finance, collaborating with design and engineering for a seamless experience.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, data, editorial, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive product development and impactful launches.
  • Foster a Best-in-Class Culture: Establish best practices and mentor team members, promoting a collaborative environment where everyone’s contributions are valued.

Your experience:

We recognize not everyone will meet all of the criteria. If you meet most of the criteria below and you’re excited about the opportunity and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

  • 5-7 years in Product Management, ideally with experience in the SMB market.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a history of transforming feedback into impactful product features.
  • Experience with membership products, mobile products or platforms.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services: knowledge of financial products or services specific to the SMB market is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and roadmap development skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and an understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and more.

Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The pay range for this role is $124,000—$222,000 USD
