As a Senior Product Designer, you will help advance our design standards and strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will join a team that is passionate about improving the Human Interest experience for plan administrators, plan participants, and the internal teams that manage key parts of the customer journey. This role reports into the Head of Product, Growth and Experiences and works closely with cross-functional partners spanning Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

What you bring to the role

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a product designer, having led large ambiguous projects that require superb coordination and breaking down complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
  • An insatiable appetite for problem-solving and opportunities of actively driving product strategy.
  • Curiosity, empathy, thought leadership, and an urge to uplevel all things design come naturally to you.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills that are effective in driving alignment.
  • You’re an expert in the fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.

Compensation The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $150,000 – $175,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
