The Snr. Graphic Designer role will involve working closely with the Senior Creative Director and the Senior Design Manager to efficiently and creatively execute a variety of project types. Projects include marketing literature documents, digital assets, banner ads, email, social media, website graphics, short-form video editing, template design, and varying production-oriented assignments. In addition to the implementation of project requests; the Senior Graphic Designer must manage their tasks and time efficiently to meet project deadlines while keeping an open line of communication with the team to alert them to any concerns. It is necessary to be a self-starter and stay aligned to the Marketing Leadership priorities as communicated from the Senior Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of digital and print materials, including branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, and website designs.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outputs.
  • Present design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software

The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 – $78,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant’s skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
