Senior Application Engineer – .NET + React

As a Senior Application Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to work with clients to develop complex business applications for the Azure platform. The role is a technical client-facing role that will be accountable for application analysis, design, and development. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and a track record supporting technical discussions with clients. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation, and support of cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development using .NET and React.
• Own technical design, project scope and working with the project team to build solutions that meet our client’s needs.
• Drive design and development of client’s solutions by providing architectural guidance and appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.
• Keep up with emerging technology trends.
• Resolves complex issues that may involve multiple systems, while understanding potential business and information technology risks for the customer.
• Solve challenging business and technical problems to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in application development teams.
• A passion for building front-end applications and cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless and modern front-end JS/TS.
• Recent Front-end web development with React.
• Desire for continuous learning and new technology to be used in the cloud space.
• API-driven application design experience.
• Skill or mastery of C# .NET development, dependency injection, and SOLID design patterns.
• Experience in SQL or NoSQL integration with .NET.
• Understanding of how to host, configure, and secure web applications in Azure.
• Ability to utilize or setup Azure DevOps (Git) repositories and branch management strategies.
• Worked in agile-scrum environments and understand how to manage a backlog.
• Utilized unit testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MStest with Moq.
• Motivation or have history of tackling complex solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving ability, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

Base Salary Range

$90,000—$182,000 USD
