Internal systems play a key role in OpenTable’s success and our ability to provide excellent support for our restaurants and diners. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Business Optimization, this role is responsible for enhancing Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services organization in its usage of SFDC. You will work across multiple Clouds/platforms and collaborate with stakeholders on the Revenue Operations, Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product teams to optimize a complex Salesforce instance. You’ll consult around ideal strategies to evolve OpenTable’s Salesforce setup in order to achieve peak efficiency, data cleanliness, and user experience.
This position will make strategic recommendations around technical solutions, based on a thorough understanding of business needs, in alignment with standard processes and cutting edge features available in the Salesforce ecosystem. The Solution Architect will analyze, design, and implement processes and workflows in order to increase adoption and ultimately grow revenue; they’ll create documentation and materials for various user types/groups, and will be instrumental in shaping the Business Optimization team’s roadmap for the implementation of internal Sales & Services tools.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is 85,000-95,000 CAD.
