Doma is seeking a high-energy, execution-oriented Sales Representative to support our tremendous growth and our transformative solution. Doma’s Sales Representatives are hardworking and driven with high energy, passion, and the initiative to drive new business relationships. Doma is making title and escrow a simpler, seamless process for lenders, agents, and homebuyers across the country. We are building transformative technology driven by our passion to improve the customer experience. The Sales team focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a pipeline generation strategy within assigned territories, resulting in aggressive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The base salary range for this role is $38,400 to $150,100 This is the lowest to highest base salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This job is also eligible for the following compensation components: Commissions
