RPA Developer (UiPath)--Remote

Maximus is looking for a Remote RPA Developer (UiPath). The role will be responsible for Supporting the development, test and deployment of the RPA use cases, utilizing UiPath toolset.

We are seeking an RPA Developer to support our Aidvantage client.

Location of work is 100% remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with other developers, analysts and testers to develop project estimates, as well as outline necessary tasks and schedules.

- Work together with other team members in developing software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle.

- Communicate the status of projects to Project Manager and development leads.

- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

- Participate in analysis, design, data modeling, coding, testing, and debugging of software and configuration anomalies.

- Utilize advanced Integration technologies, resolve existing product issues, and troubleshoot production P1 issues.

- Participate in daily Agile Software Development Model (SCRUM) meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- 5 years of related experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the development, test and deployment of the RPA use cases, utilizing UiPath toolset.
  • Completing all necessary ELC processes and artifacts for the developed automations.
  • Develop and document additional artifacts for automation requirements.
  • Perform other necessary analytical, software engineering, and/or development life cycle tasks as needed to fulfill requirements with deploying new capabilities.
  • Utilize source controls tools (SVN and Git) to manage the code development.
  • Follow Agile best practices to complete assigned work activities.
  • Support creation of executive level reports and presentations as needed to various levels of leadership and RPA customers.
  • Support Maximus Center Of Excellence (COE).
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or additional four 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree) required.
  • At least five (5) years of related experience required.
  • UiPath automation development experience.
  • Experience developing and supporting multiple bots, both attended and unattended.
  • Experience with integration, deployment and CI/CD pipeline support.
  • Experience providing support for infrastructure assessment & scaling; Platform test (performance, load, stress, integration); Monitoring and Logging; RPA package maintenance and new package identification; Source code and release management; Automation impact assessment; New Bot assessment and prioritization; Production issue resolution, incident management.
  • Experience developing Proofs of Concepts (Security, logging, auditing, account functionality, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team setting.
  • net development background is a plus.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.
