Remote Perforce System Administrator/Engineer

Contract Length: 18 months Work Location: Remote full time Work Hours: Fulltime Pay Rate: Starting at $38.00 an hour based on experience (Rate applies outside of WA., CA., & CO.) If this is something that's not in your toolbox but you'd be willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you! During WFH or if remote, the following is required for this type of position Internet speed of at least 250Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload or 1 Gbps, wired connection preferred, to ensure work is not impacted by connectivity/latency issues Internet data is at a high or unlimited cap Make sure to run and repeat speed tests throughout the day, as it can fluctuate during peak hours Candidates must provide a screenshot of their speed test result Agency must include speed test screenshot as part of the submission process for consideration If candidate does not currently meet the network requirement: Candidate is committing to meeting the network requirement by their start date if an offer is received and mutually accepted Daily responsibilities Maintain and support perforce Infrastructure Perform regular maintenance tasks including application patching, database check-pointing and configuration changes Define and document standard run books and operating procedures Respond to Perforce monitoring and alerting, resolve performance issues and investigate problems Automate administrative tasks Provide root cause analysis for critical issues Participate in rotation of off-hours on-call support Primary support for Perforce (Helix Core) server and client management and maintenance Support and training for staff using Helix Swarm Support usage and conversion from branches to Perforce streams Keywords provides a competitive compensation package, good benefits and a casual, fun, productive and supportive working environment.
