The opportunity:

With up to hundreds of events happening each day, the Fulfillment Coordinator procures the audiovisual equipment, technicians and services needed for events through our nationwide partner network. Using our CRM, Netsuite, they review event specifics and expectations, communicate order details to our partners, and use negotiation tactics to meet budget goals; all while maintaining Meeting Tomorrow’s standards for event execution.

Our Fulfillment Coordinators are an important part of making sure our clients have successful events. They are constantly switching gears and multi-tasking between finalizing assignments, fulfilling quick turn-around orders, and solving logistical challenges.

Who we need:

The perfect fit for this position is someone who likes logistics, building relationships, and thinking outside the box to solve challenging problems. They are fearless negotiators, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendor partners, and technicians. They follow processes and procedures to ensure success. They work as a team to develop new ideas, create new processes, and implement new or improved strategies to enable continuous improvements. If you’re comfortable with a high volume of work, with very short deadlines, this is the role for you!

Organized and Detail Oriented. With a high volume of clients, it’s important that this person is able to multitask and stay organized with all the different moving parts.

Great Communicator. You listen well, can work with different communication styles, and are able to be direct and clear.

Resourceful. You solve problems creatively and quickly and know how to utilize available resources to your advantage.

Within 1 month, you’ll:

  • Be familiar with our value proposition, client base and what sets us apart from our competitors
  • Get all the tools you need to be successful in this role: training on how our teams work together and our processes.
  • Practice and implement negotiation skills
  • Fulfill at least 5 AV events with direction
  • Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and our technicians and partners

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Have fulfilled over 40 AV events with minimal direction
  • Be comfortable with and knowledgeable about basic AV gear used at our events
  • Have gone on-site to 1 event to shadow our technicians and learn first hand about the setup/strike process and working a live event

Within 6 months, you’ll:

  • Have full knowledge of all department processes and resolution abilities
  • Have full autonomy in role and be able to fulfill any AV event with minimal direction
  • Have met or exceeded budget goals while maintaining MT’s standards for event execution
