Provider Data Senior Analyst - Work from home - Evernorth

Remote, Work from Home, United States Description As a Provider Data Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Credentialing Data Analyst (CDA) team, supporting the Credentialing Center of Excellence (CCOE) business unit. The position will work in a nimble and supportive environment, using the applications and data to support a variety of internal business needs. CDA team members play a key role in developing and executing initiatives focused on streamlining efficient, accurate data collection and clean, transparent reporting of metrics/KPIs. Roles and Responsibilities • Monitor, organize and optimize automation activity for the CCOE. • Working knowledge of the Credentialing process guidelines and be able to apply that knowledge to business processes which support the CCOE. • Innovate and champion new technologies that enhance efficiency for the CCOE. • Troubleshoot and/or provide application support to internal CCOE team • Manage and maintain a variety of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting in SQL, Cactus, Crystal, Access and Excel • Manage recredential targeting activity, including maintenance of data. • Manage Visual Basic scripts which download a variety of Primary Source Verifications (PSV's) • Solid analytical skills with the ability to drive execution, initiate action and drive follow-ups to successful completion. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience + 2+ years of SQL experience to include creating queries and stored procedures required. + Access experience required + Solid Excel experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP required + Scripting knowledge with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) is helpful + Cactus application experience helpful + Analytical and critical thinking skills required + Ability to quickly learn new technology + Knowledge of Credentialing business processes helpful + Must be very organized and have excellent problem-solving skills + An aptitude to build and maintain business relationships with staff and managers within the CCOE + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Must be team oriented and able to interact and collaborate + "Can Do" attitude is required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 53,300 - 88,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
