OATS from AARP helps older adults learn to use and leverage technology to transform their lives and their communities. The Project and Operations Advisor executes large and complex projects that support the achievement of organizational strategic priorities. Determines resources needed, tracks budgets, determines scope, tracks progress towards milestones, establishes timelines, and evaluates progress. Manages project teams including internal and external stakeholders and vendors to deliver on project goals. Establishes project communication plans and ensures internal and external stakeholders are informed regarding project processes and impact. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit/department

Hybrid Work Environment
AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
