Role Overview

As the Product Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Firstup’s products are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with our strategic goals and customer needs. You will manage projects through the product development lifecycle, evaluate and improve product operations processes, and foster and drive efficiency in our internal collaboration. You will report to the Product Operations Director.

Responsibilities

    • Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making, track product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Tool Expertise: Leverage Aha! for roadmapping, product planning, and customer feedback review, Pendo for product analytics and user feedback, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
    • Document Organization: Ensure all product documentation is well-organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration across teams.
    • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and projects are completed within scope and budget.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product operations processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation to track project progress, product performance, and team activities.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience: 3-5 years of proven product operations experience within a SaaS environment.
    • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, Pendo, and Confluence.
    • Document Organization: Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing product documentation.
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects through the entire product development lifecycle.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

$100,000 – $140,000 a year

Firstup expects the base salary for this role to be between $100,000-$140,000. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
