Product Analyst Senior - Remote

As a product analyst senior on the Specialty Products team, youll be responsible for the analysis supporting the growth and profitability of the manufactured home and builder products countrywide. Youll identify pricing opportunities and insights as well as attend revision meetings, solve business problems and act as subject matter expert for both the manufactured home and builder products. By engaging with partners in many other parts of the organization, youll provide insights into how our business grows and remains profitable, while allowing you to influence strategic considerations. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
• Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

• Experience influencing leadership decisions, strong prioritization skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring other analysts, and strong collaboration and relationship building skills
• Proven ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools
• Experience working with SQL or SAS
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros)
• Prior property product analyst experience preferred.

Compensation

• $68,100 - $90,800 / year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
