As a pricing analyst on our property pricing team, you'll be presented with a unique opportunity to shape our teams processes and analytics for years to come. You'll apply actuarial techniques and work closely with the pricing manager, product managers, research and development, and our catastrophe modeling team to help determine, recommend and implement changes to state-by-state rate level, product design, and rating factor relativities. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
- Experience working with Insurance rate revisions
- Proven leadership abilities and a continuous desire to learn and grow
- Solid organizational, written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and data programming languages like R, Python, or SQL
Compensation
- $56,300 - $75,100/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
