Pricing Analyst Mid-Level or Senior - Remote

As as pricing analyst responsible for claims frequency modeling in Commercial Auto, youll be responsible for model development, selection, and socialization for several major Commercial Auto segments. Youll become the subject matter expert on frequency modeling in Commercial Auto, including but not limited to ARIMA models and ARIMA diagnostic tests. Youll be expected to complete robust analyses of model performance between formal reviews, explore modeling of new segments, and constantly improve visualization for effective socialization based on feedback from senior leadership. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in R, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences in different forums including technical E-mails and large format meeting presentations.
  • Understanding of advanced statistical concepts including, but not limited to, hypothesis tests, simulation, and model diagnostics.
  • Ability to develop complex coding solutions to dynamic processes.

Compensation

  • $56,300 - $90,800/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
