Network Engineering Architect - Remote US

TTEC Digital is seeking a Network Engineering Architect who will report to the Executive Director of our Cisco Interactions Experience team. This is a remote, telecommute role located in the US. What you'll be doing: The ideal candidate will leverage their network architecture and delivery experience to help drive and support the transformation of our secure cloud-based solution. This is an excellent opportunity for network architects who would like to grow alongside the evolving network and security technologies. What you'll bring to us: Technical requirements discovery and implementation experience of advanced service provider and public cloud network solutions to support enterprise customers on virtualized cloud platforms. Drive to transform enterprise networks and promote the latest technologies that include SDWAN and Zero Trust concepts. Work with storage and virtualization team to ensure the underlying network can support future growth and security. Maintain and migrate existing platforms while mentoring junior support resources. Owns the process to establish network connectivity with new customers using a variety of network connectivity methods. Provides technical escalation support and problem-solving skills to drive complex network issues to closure. Communicate effectively with large enterprise customers and small businesses. Interact with Security and Compliance teams to ensure solution conforms to corporate standards and security best practices. What skills you'll need: 7 years of experience with enterprise network architecture core concepts, implementation support, and security of complex traditional and SD-WAN environments carrying low latency voice and data. Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include: Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Citrix Netscaler (ADC) load balancers, Cisco UCS, Cisco ASA/Firepower, VMware, EMC Storage platform, multiple network carriers. Public cloud networking experience AWS, GCP, VMware Cloud and/or Azure. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management frameworks is required. Excellent visual communication using diagramming tools. Ability to obtain a government security clearance. What you can expect: The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 to $170,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
