Manager Data Analysis - Remote

As a manager of data analysis on the Personal Lines Acquisition Experience Technology and Innovation group, youll lead a team of analysts to cover the Direct Auto quote/Buy tunnel and our website Additionally, youll apply AI and data science solutions to consumer-facing applications to drive measurable business benefits and help deliver new and innovative digital customer experiences. In this role, youll also collaborate with IT partners in the Direct Quoting group, data scientists across the company, and process consultants. Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and two years in a supervisory/management role.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years' analyst experience and two years in a supervisory/management role.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated experiences in leading a high performing team and ability to deliver effective performance feedback, coach and motivate others.
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking, logical reasoning, complex problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • A very strong toolkit (including but not limited to data management, programming languages used in analytics, process & project management) as this is a leader/player role.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms, experimental design principles, and statistical methodologies used in test measurement.
  • Keen interest in Insurtech and data science; passion for data stewardship, data quality and relevant technical understanding.

Compensation

  • $94,600- $135,100/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
