Description

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our support engineering team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Customer Support Engineers responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. As a manager, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals and you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all after-sales procedures.

Your ability to help customers succeed with their Talent Development will have a direct and visible impact to Schoox’s bottom line. For us, outstanding customer service is a measurement of our success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working experience at a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science and training in team leading will be appreciated (or a proven strong background).
