Job Title: Lead AWS Full Stack Engineer (Lex/AI)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Independent Contract (1099/C2C)

Duration: 3 months (potentially renewable)

Rate: $65-69 per hour

Description: A 2–3-year (minimum) experienced professional specializing in AWS Services with deep expertise in AWS Lex, responsible for designing and implementing innovative cloud solutions that enhance customer engagement and automate communications. Requires a strong background in cloud architecture, with a focus on building scalable, efficient, and secure applications leveraging AWS services. AWS Connect experience is nice to have.

Brief scope of the project: Monitor, enhance and support AI/Gen AI virtual Assistants (customer facing solutions) for Customer Services leveraging AWS Services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: As an AWS Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the development and integration of applications using ReactJS, Python, and AWS services like Lex, Connect, Lambda, CloudWatch, and S3. You will work on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI solutions to enhance customer-facing applications. Your role involves guiding DevOps principles, optimizing application performance, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will act as a technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional and offshore teams, managing client expectations, and contributing to key technical decisions. AWS certifications and a strong understanding of cloud architecture are required.

Qualifications

Key Skills:
Proficiency in ReactJS, Python, and AWS services
Experience with LLMs and AI integration
CI/CD pipeline management
Leadership experience in managing teams and client engagements
Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer)

Day to day activities:
Manage a small team of AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Technically design, develop, and deploy AWS Connect, Lex, and Gen AI solutions in a production environment.
Provide ongoing support for these solutions, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Monitor the health and performance of the solutions, proactively identifying and addressing any issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AWS Connect, Lex, and Gen AI technologies.

Pay Range

USD $65.00 – USD $69.00 /Hr.
