Additional information is available at Operating Company: Environmental Solutions Group - Soft-Pak Location: Remote POSITION SUMMARY: Soft-Pak, a San Diego company is looking for Java Developer to work with our development team on a wide range of products, including Android and Web Based Development, front and back end. In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS technologies, IBM I-Series, databases, and SDLC, OOPS, JavaScript, J2EE, SQL, Android Studio, Apache Tomcat, and Eclipse. Excellent team player with good attitude, strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Writing and implementing efficient code. Determining operational practicality. Developing quality assurance procedures. Deploying software tools, processes and metrics. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems. Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 4 years' experience using Java and related languages and qualities of Java Developer I. 1 year experience with Android preferred. United States work authorization is required. In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS technologies, IBM I-Series, databases, and SDLC, OOPS, JavaScript, J2EE, SQL, Android Studio, Apache Tomcat, and Eclipse. Excellent team player with good attitude, strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
