The HR Coordinator assists and supports all HR processes and functions for the People team. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support including record-keeping, HRIS data entry, HRIS Reports, file maintenance (HR, I9, Disability, Proof of Employment, etc.), new hire onboarding and special projects.

You will:

    • Initiate data change requests and ensures system accuracy of HR transactions including new hires and other job-related requests
    • Create and maintain all HR related files – paper and electronic
    • Maintain employee personnel files including federal I-9 Compliance
    • Process all unemployment claims and complete all employment verification requests
    • Respond to routine questions including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, PTO, etc.
    • Manage the onboarding for all corporate new hires
    • Conduct new hire orientation for all new hires to walk them through benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, etc.
    • Ensure the timely collection of new hire paperwork and that all background checks are completed

You have:

    • Minimum of 1 year of HR or related experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

$28 – $33 an hour

Compensation range for this position is$28.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
