The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

  • Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.
  • Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions
  • Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers
  • Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll do…

The Graphic Designer, Dealer Training & Productivity, will have the primary responsibility of helping us create visual content that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our audiences. This candidate will design still graphics and motion graphics including titles, transitions, infographics, presentations, instructional one-sheets, program collateral, e-learning materials, and visual effects. Execute original and edit existing graphic content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font, imagery, and composition that is on brand.In addition, this individual will be required to participate in pre-production meetings and creative design meetings where they will help us generate content ideas. Some skills essential to this role include being able to think of creative visual solutions, technically produce graphic designs, effectively problem-solve challenging designs, create motion graphics and a passion to create the industry-leading content.We will request a portfolio/reel of your work that demonstrates your talents in graphic design and motion graphics.

  • Create still graphics, motion graphics and animations for the Ford and Lincoln training content portals
  • Collaborate with various internal partners and multidisciplinary teams
  • Assist in project development by providing your creative input during creative design meetings
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets our needs, requirements, brand values, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

You’ll have…

  • Bachelorsdegreeor combination ofeducationand experience
  • 2+ years of experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising/training post-production
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience using Mac operating systems
  • Must have a current design portfolio/reel that demonstrates your abilities within the graphic design and motion design
