The Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating, creating and managing all of the marketing design assets. This person should have a strong creative background comfortable working with both print and digital media. This person should have experience with version control, asset management, and project coordination.

  • 100% (US) Remote
  • Total Compensation = ( $60,000 – $65,000 )

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include social media, digital ads, print ads, presentations, sales collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Create and manage powerpoint templates and other design templates to make it easier and faster to create new assets
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
  • Managing the Marketing Team’s library of digital assets in the cloud with a focus on version control.

Your Background

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • 4 year college degree in digital design
  • Adobe Certified Professional
  • Five or more years of design experience with design software, including, Microsoft PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe products
  • Experience at either B2B and B2C software companies
  • Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Experience working with JIRA or other project management software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
