About the Position
Reports to: VP, Readiness, Marketing and Enablement
Location: Remote, US

Cardlytics is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Cardlytics, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that represent our brand and products. Your designs will help drive our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand identity, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics, images, and illustrations for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Cardlytics’ brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Adapt designs for various digital platforms and formats, including social media banners, website assets, infographics, and email templates.
  • Create custom illustrations and icons to enhance visual storytelling and communication.
  • Select and edit imagery to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Design brochures, flyers, and other print materials as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of Graphic Design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
