We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital B2B Paid Media Specialist (Enterprise)

The Global Demand Center creates and runs digital-first demand generation and funnel conversion optimization programs that deliver pipeline and revenue growth at an optimal return on marketing investment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an individual contributor, you will use advanced analytics and insights to orchestrate and optimize a digital paid media strategy, with a particular focus on paid search and paid social.

This role will work closely with agencies, other Global Demand Center teams, Field Marketing, Branding, and Marketing Operations to plan digital paid media programs that target enterprise and public sector accounts with tactics that deliver a predictable digital-first pipeline and revenue.

What you’ll do;

  • Digital-first demand generation, with a focus on paid search and paid social.
  • Shape the global strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media, aligned to Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
  • Use advanced analytics and visualization (reporting) to align stakeholders and drive continuous campaign, creative and copy optimization.
  • Deliver and optimize PPC tactics, with optimal keywords and retargeting.
  • Deliver and optimize paid social tactics, supporting organic social.
  • Use display ads, review site ads, and other digital media to support paid search and paid social.

Partner with:

  • Media agency to ensure the creation and execution of world-class paid media strategies.
  • Marketing Operations for use of technology to drive improved impact and automation of paid media processes.
  • Social media, web, and SEO teams to ensure alignment of paid and non-paid strategies
  • Field marketing to support ABM with digital-first paid media.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure consistency in creative, positioning, messaging, and lead flow, across all channels.

What you’ll bring;

  • You must have 3+ years of paid search experience where you can demonstrate quantifiable success in B2B SaaS growth (client or agency).
  • Additional experience across all digital paid media is nice to have.
  • You are well versed in digital marketing jargon and know how to optimize for success: CTA, PPC, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, MQL, SQL, UTM, A/B, multivariate, RLSA, ROMI, CRO, CLTV, ASP.
  • Digital analytical and insights prowess, proven by academics and experience.
  • A deep understanding of MarTech, analytics technologies, and paid digital media technologies, with an interest in continuous learning to modernize and optimize digital demand generation.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment, and tenacity (to build a world-class Global Demand Center).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering tactical responsibilities; comfortable working as both part of a high-performing, diverse team and as an independent performer.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written, oral, and cross-functional communication skills.
