Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with marketing and business leaders to develop and execute Wealth Management digital marketing campaigns and journeys to drive acquisition, deepening and retention of affluent and HNW clients and prospective clients. This position will leverage data and analytics to deliver marketing across channels including paid media, email, online, mobile, search, social media, and other digital channels.

Coordinates with marketing partners to develop channel specific content and testing plans. Identifies, tracks and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment and optimizes strategies, tactics and content as necessary. The ideal candidate is passionate about flawless execution, continuous measurement and ongoing optimization of campaigns and digital journeys.

Partners with internal departments across the company, including retail marketing, enterprise data and analytics, product groups, digital, content and UX teams to deliver customer centric, multi-channel marketing programs and experiences. Will primarily focus on digital channels and the digital marketing experience. The right candidate will be adaptable and able to learn systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis. Candidates should have a proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.

If the successful candidate is located in Minneapolis, MN the role will be hybrid. Outside of these locations the role is open for a fully remote working model.

Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
-Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction and provide ideas in support of company goals

-Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
-Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
-MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
