Customer Support Representative Position

Reports to: Shift supervisor
Hours to be covered: noon to 8:30 PM EST
Day Translations is announcing its remote career opening for the position of Customer Support Representative. We are seeking someone passionate about helping people, and who is able to provide an excellent customer support experience. An ideal candidate is a person who is courteous, professional, patient, and empathetic. You will handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and chats regarding customers inquiring about our services. You will serve as a liaison between our customers and the project management team.
