C++ Programmer - Full Time - Remote

What You Will Do : + Revamping NLM-Scrubber (written in Perl) using C+; + Integrating NLM-Scrubber algorithms with various machine learning algorithms (including neural networks + Working with a small group of developers on site or teleworking + Developing new data structures, algorithms, and information flow architectures for increased efficiency and effectiveness + Daily reporting using existing reporting templates (incl. descriptions of what to do and what has been done) by the end of the day + Presenting the written reports at the beginning of the following day during the daily briefing and discussion. What You Will Need : + B.S. in Computer Science required + Demonstrable skills on developing algorithms with advanced data structures + C++ (min. 1 year professional development experience using C+ and knowledgeable about C+ specifications) + Experienced using vcpkg with CMake + Experienced using Git + Python and pandas library + Developed multithreaded Windows and Linux applications + Experienced on unit, integration, and regression Testing + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Excellent problem solving skills What Would Be Nice To Have : Desired Skills: + NLP, Machine Learning, TensorFlow + GUI development using QT/QT creator both on Windows and Linux platforms Client/Server architecture based application development + Google Benchmarking on C++ codes + Experienced on Anaconda + Experienced on EC2 and S3 at the AWS cloud + Python/C++ programming using relational database interfaces communicating with MS-SQL, Oracle, or MySQL + Developed applications and adhered deadlines in an high-pressured research environment + Developed math-heavy software applications + CI/CD + Open-source software publication on GitHub or elsewhere The annual salary range for this position is $76,700.00-$115,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
