Overview The Business Manager Assistant Supervisor will be responsible to ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistants within the required Acosta and Client guidelines. This individual must demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize our services and capabilities. This individual must demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem- solving, and training skills. Essential Functions: + Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team + Ensue all contract and deduction management requirements and deadlines are met as established by Acosta, Customer or the Client + Preform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Assistant + Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants + Responsible for the Performance Management Review Process + Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistants + Dovico weekly compliance for the Business Manager Assistants Qualifications Education Requirements: + High School Diploma/GED + Associate Degree Work Experience Requirements: + Must have two-years of supervisory experience. + Background in Sales Support and/or brokerage field preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: + Strong communication skills internally and externally + Motivated self-starter and problem solver + Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office + Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner + Detail oriented + Adhere to assigned deadlines + Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient BMA team Why Mosaic?
