Answering Service Representative

Location:  US Locations; 100% Remote; Freelancez

**Currently seeking Answering Service reps to handle calls for our attorney clients.****

Are you a maestro at providing top-tier service while obsessing over the finer details? Join our team of Attorney Answering Service Representatives! You’ll be the crucial link between attorneys and their clients, playing a central role in ensuring that every exchange is executed with laser-focused precision and genuine care for each caller.

This is a 100% remote contract position (1099).

New hires start on a trial basis for the first 90 days, part-time (20-25 hours/week) with potential for full-time (35-40 hours/week) hours.

Pay:

$13/hr initially.
$14/hr post-probation and a successful performance review.
$16/hr after 6 months and a successful performance review.

Requirements for this position:

  • Personal computer or laptop capable of running software necessary for the job
  • Wired headset with microphone for taking calls
  • Quiet place to work
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Direct ethernet cable connection to the internet (not wifi)
  • Must provide valid US ID or authorization to work in the US to be eligible for hire
  • Availability for shifts between the hours of 8 am to 11 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday.
